Our mission for the NBRC Juniors is to create an environment that encourages and builds team spirit, athletic skills, and positive competition. We will focus on athletic training through the sport of rowing while practicing proper nutrition, technical aspects, strength conditioning, and mental preparation. Our goal is to build skilled rowers and positive role models. We invite all to join and become part of this powerful team and lifelong sport.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday- 4:30-6:30 pm

Fall: $375 per athlete
Includes: equipment usage, coaching, race entry fees, uniform, trailer fees.
Spring: $450 per athlete
