Summer Camps

NBRC offers summer camps for those interested in learning to row, open for kids age 12-18!

Learn-to-Row Summer Camps

At the Learn-to-Row Summer Camps, kids will learn the fundamentals of the sport both on land and, most importantly, on the water. They will meet current members of the team who will help guide and instruct them in proper form, and learn what it means to be a part of a team. Kids will begin the first day with instruction on land in proper boat handling and basic technique, and then on the subsequent days they will practice their skills on the water in large boats before getting the opportunity to row in singles.

The camps are open to all rowers, whether you're a seasoned athlete looking for something new or simply looking for a fun new way to stay in shape! No experience is required!

Learn-to-Row Camp is for new rowers.
No rowing experience needed.

Monday through Friday • 9am-12pm

Session Dates

Session 1: June 11th-15th
Session 2: June 18th-22nd
Session 3: July 16th-20th
Session 4: July 30th-August 3rd
Session 5: August 6th-10th
Attend one or all five sessions!
