I'm excited for the opportunity to serve on the Board of NBRC.   I started rowing with the Masters team just over 2 years ago and have been amazed by how much volunteer effort goes in to making this club run as smoothly as it does.  My daughter has rowed on the Juniors team for 4 years and it's clear that the Club needs excellent communication and coordination to help organize so many athletes, coaches, practices, and regattas.  I have previously served on non-profit boards for Redwood Empire Trout Unlimited (Board President) and Russian River Flyfishers (Conservation Chair) and understand the commitment and dedication required to help large groups with diverse needs and opinions come together to achieve common goals.  I will approach every challenge with positive energy and enthusiasm. I would be thrilled to be your next Board member at NBRC.
