Pam graduated scholar/athlete under Rutgers University after competing Varsity 8+. She is a USRowing Level II coach additionally completing Exploring sport coaching and psychology. She has competed as a sculler in the Head of the Charles, Head of the Schuylkill and Wine Country Rowing Classic Regattas. Her professional career focused in Biology with attention to education, animal husbandry and publishing. She dedicated 11 years as a Senior Aquatic Biologist to California Academy of Sciences.

As an avid water sport participant, she sailed from Oahu to California and attained a Stress and Rescue SCUBA certification. Since 2013, Pam has been a sculling coach with attention to Novice scullers from Junior to Masters class.

She combines her sports, scientific and aquatic skills for optimal mindset towards rowing and coaching.
