JUNIOR CREW
“The Mission of the NBRC Juniors program is to support young rowers in attaining the degree of fitness and skills necessary to compete at their optimal levels and to consistently foster a positive, team-oriented environment in which to grow.”
NBRC Junior Crew represents athletes from Sonoma, Napa and Marin County Schools. Coaches recruit both boys and girls in each county. Our Competitive Team races in the Southwest region against 30 teams. The Learn-to-Row Team learns rowing fundamentals necessary to compete. The fall season begins in September and runs through December. The spring season begins in January and runs through May.

Passion, drive, dedication, and a team-player mentality is pivotal to the success of the individual rower and the team as a whole. These are the traits coaches are looking for in their athletes.
